We Are What We Eat

It has been invariably proven by science that improper food consumption is the root cause of every disease. Simply put; you are what you it or a techie would say, GIGO-Garbage in
Garbage Out.

Personally I have nothing against food manufacturers but it is a well known fact that most of them put dangerous chemicals in the disguise of preservatives, additives, flavoring et al.
For instance, butylated hydroxyanisole is used to prevent fats from going bad, can be found in butter, meats, chewing gum, dehydrated potatoes, and beer. According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, it may act as a precursor to cancer.
According to the Kenya Cancer Association (KENCASA) cancer has been the leading cause of death since 1995 and with the lifestyles of most Kenyans, the news can only get worse.
One would argue that some cancers are hereditary but as any investor would tell you, the return is not worth the risk.
Vegetable and fruit juices help to cure such diseases that cannot be cured by modern medicine. If we considered freshly squeezed pineapple juice instead of  alvaro pineapple, we would be healthier, wealthier and wise.
