Introduction

I am sure you are wondering why an investment analyst is blogging about health but as any other serious wealth manager out there knows, health is wealth.

Kenya has one of the highest costs of health care in the world and one is never assured of the quality they receive e.g. it is cheaper to fly to India, get a heart surgery, with all costs covered, than it is to get the same procedure in Kenya.
According to the world health organization (WHO), life expectancy at birth in Kenya is around 54 years and the situation is getting no better. Our forefathers used to clock 100 with ease but in these modern times, one is considered lucky to celebrate his/her 70th birthday.
My mother is a serious nutritionist who strongly promotes the use of natural substances to stay healthy and we all know prevention is better than cure.
In this blog, I hope to combine my research skills with credible information to bring you health tips that I have personally used and benefited from in hope that we all enjoy our time on this earth
